Neurodivergence Support
“I think I may have ADHD.”
Support for ADHD and ADD, autism, and learning diversity — with a therapist who works with how your brain actually operates.
What this looks like at Bloom.
A lot of people arrive here after years of quietly wondering. They have built elaborate systems to keep up, and are tired from the effort of appearing effortless. Others have known for a long time and want support that does not treat how they think as a fault to be corrected.
This work is about how your brain actually operates and what would make daily life fit it better — attention, time, energy, overwhelm, sensory load, executive function, the exhaustion of masking, and the relationships all of that touches.
Whether you are newly wondering, recently identified, or have known since childhood, you are welcome here as you are, and you do not have to perform being organized to be taken seriously.
Who this is for.
- You think you may have ADHD and are not sure what to do with that.
- You are autistic or neurodivergent and want a therapist who understands that.
- You are exhausted from masking, and it has started costing more than it saves.
- Time, focus, and follow-through do not work the way people seem to expect.
- You want support for a learning difference that school never really addressed.
- You want your relationships to make more room for how you actually work.

Zach is an excellent therapist. He provides a safe space for you to be your most authentic self while challenging you to grow into your best self.
Zach allows people to feel completely transparent and brings out the vulnerable side to explore themself. He never pushes someone to go too fast and meet them where they are to help guide and support through the therapy process.
