Work with us.
We believe in equitable partnerships and in reducing unnecessary administrative burden, productivity quotas, and overbooked schedules so therapists can focus more of their energy on the people they serve.
Who we work with
New therapists
If you are early in your career, you should not have to learn the work and fight the schedule at the same time. We would rather give you room and support than a caseload target.
Established therapists
You already know how you like to work. We are interested in making that easier rather than standardizing it — including how you structure your week and who you see.
Internships
For mental health students and recent graduates who want real supervision and real clients, in a practice that treats an internship as training rather than as cheap coverage.
Clinical supervision
For pre-licensed clinicians — both inside Bloom and outside it. If you need supervision hours toward licensure and are looking for a supervisor, this is a conversation we are glad to have.
Employment or contract — both are real options here.
Bloom offers both employee arrangements and contracted, 1099 partnership arrangements. Which one makes sense depends on how you want to work, and it is worth an actual conversation rather than a form field. Tell us what you are looking for and we will be straight with you about what we can offer.
If you are weighing it up, our story and philosophy and the nine areas of focus we practice in say more about the work than a job description would.
Why Bloom
A practice built so clinicians can do the work.
Bloom grew out of a desire to build an environment where clinicians could focus on their clients instead of being weighed down by quotas, overloaded schedules, billing issues, and administrative burden. That is still the organising idea.
The freedom and resources to give clients your full attention.
That is the stated goal of the practice, and most of the operational choices here follow from it.
Less administrative burden, no productivity quotas.
No overbooked schedules either. Billing and admin should not be the part of the job that wears you down.
Supervision, mentorship, and flexibility.
Equitable partnership is the framing we use with clinicians, and it is meant literally.
Tell us what you’re looking for — employment, contract partnership, an internship, or supervision hours.
Tell us what you’re looking for.
Whether you are ready to move or just weighing it up, we are happy to talk. No formal application, no process to get through first.
